<b>Responsible for activities aimed at proving a concept to be valid or technically feasible by the application of scientific and engineering methodologies. Work in this family typically has the objective of demonstrating through test or analyses the performance and implementation potential of a concept. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.</b><br />

<b>You will be responsible for:</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Performing laboratory tests for drilling and completion fluids, and additives based on API standards and National standards.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Performing laboratory tests for drilling and completion fluids based on API standards and National standards</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Performing special fluid design tests.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Performing quality control tests for drilling fluids and the additives used for their preparation.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Calibrating and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Preparing and evaluating the chemical reagents necessary for fluid testing.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Being responsible for the Quality Management System and HSE.</b><br />
<br />

<b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Have bachelor&
39;s in Engineering (preferably, Chemical, biochemical, or petroleum)</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; 4 years of experience in drilling fluids laboratory and completion fluids.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Experience in treatment, conditioning of fluids. API standards knowledge for drilling and completion fluids and materials used.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Have knowledge in National standards for drilling and completion fluids and additives.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Have knowledge and handling of special equipment: Linear Swell Meter, PPT, Particle Size Distribution, HPHT viscometer, Dynamic filtration.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Have knowledge of quality control testing for materials, calibration, maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Experience in Quality Management and HSE.</b><br />
<br />
<b>&bull; Show intermediate level in English</b><br />
