It would be best if experience was in retail, but many have this in healthcare as well (since they are similar). Kronos will be End of Life by Dec 2025, and this is to get Legion implemented long before then. Their intent is to move all customer retail store and converse employees to that platform. They are currently wrapping up the design phase and going into build. The people need to catch up and work on Test Preparation, the other two are BSA roles (to start learning Legion configuration and support testing of the application and integrations) They will be going live country by country and they will support app and “rinse and repeat” as they go into other countries. … having to do regression testing as they add countries. Remote Positions - team works PST (as much as possible) Given the niche nature and scarcity of resources in the market, the are OK to consider Kronos people who have Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting experience and can be trained up on Legion WFM.
