Responsible for definition and document business processes across for the Telecom Service provider. Stakeholder management – Should be able to work with principals from service lines or vendor partners to develop the right-sizing of servers for hardware, databases and applications – providing inputs to internal teams and COTS vendors in a system-integration environment Ensure traceability between IT requirements to design and manage requirement changes during the design and development lifecycle Provide guidance and planning directions to the organization for disaster recovery, statutory safe keeping: management, mining for decision making and support to compliance Development of roadmap for the evolution of the architecture – planning and integration of legacy environments into a transformed environment Lead design discussions and review LLDs from the vendors / IT development teams Handle any design queries, solution issues during the lifecycle of the development Total experience in the range of 10-15 years of experience in the Telco industry with 10+ years of experience working with System Integrators OR in-house IT teams in Communication Service Provider environment The candidate should have experience in design and architecture of large enterprise systems - a large part of which should be in developing solutions for Telecom Service Providers. Should have proficiency in the Telecommunication domain with minimum 10+ years of exp – with extensive work done in the following area: wireless, data, content, fixed mobile convergence and wireline products/ services Experience of minimum 1 implementation using Agile/DevOps Should have exposure to the complete value-chain in the IT industry through extensive exposure to all aspects of IT – alignment of IT and Business strategy, planning and architecture, vendor selection and management, budgeting, project management and control, delivery and rollout of large enterprise-wide IT solutions Should demonstrate the ability to steer very large programs in the oversight of IT performance Map and cultivate symbiotic relationships with senior leadership (CXO-level) within the organization and in the client organization Should have the capability to manage (technical) conflicts among different stakeholders with the objective of achieving the optimal design Knowledge of Architecture design methodologies and Industry reference frameworks – TOGAF etc. – with a clear demonstration of the deliverables created as a result of applying the framework Must have experience is working on atleast 2 segments from Retail, Enterprise or wholesale Must have extensive experience on atleast 2 leading COTS products like Salesforce, Amdocs, NetCracker, Oracle, Ericsson, CSG, Nokia etc. Preferable to have pre-sales experience of target System Integration proposals LOCATION: East Coast preferred Telecom Networks
