To continue our success, we are looking for a Performance and Productivity Lead for a secondment to ssupport the delivery of the sites productivity and performance goals of improved efficiencies and reduced waste through targeted projects and interrogation of plant performance data. Key Accountabilities: Work with ANZ Productivity and Performance Team to identify key productivity opportunities to deliver the annual productivity target through ownership of a structured Ideation process Provide support to Productivity Managers and manufacturing site leadership team to implement changes to drive efficiency and operational improvements Assist in analysis of performance data and validation of reporting systems to identify areas for change across Manufacturing and Logistics Support the development of a lean culture across all functions in the business Drive and coordinate specific Performance Improvement Teams to address specific site opportunities by sharing best practice with other sites and using Lean principles across Sales, Manufacturing and Logistics. Championing and supporting operational change through implementing and embedding improvements. Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people. Undertake all duties in accordance with company environmental policies and procedures, and support continual improvement in environmental systems and performance as outlined in annual plans. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Achievement in developing and delivering agreed goals and objectives Proven ability to analyse business issues and develop effective solutions Effective oral and written communication skills Proven influencing skills at shop floor level to site leadership Demonstrated commercial acumen LSS Trained or familiar with framework Keen change management skills Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing and/or Supply Chain (FMCG) functions and snack food processes Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles Good understanding of data manipulation software (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Tableau) Experience: New process implementation / project management experience Change management across a broad audience Demonstrated experience at influencing and collaborating the agenda Understanding of data collection and reporting processes Experience in Sales or Marketing role is desirable Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, science or a related discipline is desirable What we can offer you: An excellent remuneration package with annual bonus Health initiatives through our Health and Wellness programs Personal and professional growth opportunities through PepsiCo Learning Offerings and a global business network.
