About the Role Conduent is searching for a highly experienced, senior-level strategic product technology executive. This individual will collaborate with business and technology leaders to help shape and ensure end-to-end feasibility and coordinated service delivery across the technology solution landscape. They will provide expert support, analysis/research and solutions enabling improvement of products, solutions, and service & delivery strategy. We expect this leader to develop and manage offerings from concept to retirement, addressing the needs of the broader market and those specific to clients. In addition, they will provide expert support, analysis/research and solutions enabling improvement of products, solutions, and service & delivery strategy. They will also lead and facilitate client-facing solution discussions as needed. Responsibilities Leading technology/platform strategic planning aligned with business growth objectives and create the strategic vision of product technology platform offerings for one or more business units. Researching chosen market segments and competitors, refine/update existing business/technology models, and determine important (cross-product) decisions that will drive growth. Driving continuous innovation and improvements of platforms by meeting with clients and the industry to gather feedback. Working closely with (i) technology/engineering leadership and (ii) business solution leaders to develop a vision and strategy for product offering roadmaps to maximize growth and profitability. Ensuring that product strategies translate into delivery of sellable solutions and ensure that training of the internal stakeholders (account manager, sales, etc.) occurs. Collaborating with IT and the business to advance technology projects including platform modernization efforts; remove roadblocks and address project challenges with project teams to see that technology project goals are achieved. Working closely with General Managers to develop financial forecasts on existing, new, and developing technology platforms; participate in developing commercial models and overall pricing strategy with Finance. Requirements 10+ years of experience in management roles of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated experience leading and managing a technology strategy for a large global business. Possess a track record of achieving bold business technology goals in a complex driven environment. Provide exceptional organizational skills with the ability to create an effective practical plan and then implement it. Be able to demonstrate open, collaborative leadership style. Also, capable of inspiring a team despite the changing opportunities dictated by the client environment, the services industry, and from within Conduent. Possess program experience and extensive knowledge of the business outsourcing industry; a vision and passion for identifying solutions to enhance client operations.
