ADVISOR - PETROLEUM ENGINEER (Jurassic Project)

<p><strong>Job Scope</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Technical leadership and support of operational teams and unit in all Production Optimization activities in producing assets.</li>
<li>Technical leadership and support of operational teams and units in all Production Enhancement activities.</li>
<li>Technical leadership and support of operational teams and units in Completions and Well Intervention activities.</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of tight and unconventional reservoir appraisal, development and management with proven track record in multiple locations preferably established in North American unconventional assets.</li>
<li>Identify, design, execute and follow up, as a leader, and as a hands-on executer, of inflow/outflow optimization, and inflow/outflow enhancement activities in all Jurassic Gas reservoirs.</li>
<li>Identify, design and execute well construction requirements to maximize well production in different completion types, including but not limited to Multi Stage Completions, Monobore Completions, non-Monobores, Horizontal Completions.</li>
<li>Support well conversion, well extension, sidetracking and other well construction activities of the legacy production wells.</li>
<li>Assist in the technical development and economic justification of capital programs, and alternatives to proposed capital projects.</li>
<li>Liaise with other departments to identify growth opportunities and capture synergies between assets.</li>
<li>Support sustainability projects in line with environmental standards and decarbonization targets.</li>
<li>Provide technical expertise in executing the upstream strategy, Asset Action Plan, Field Development Plan including appraisal of strategic options, identification of strategic tradeoffs and implementation plans.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor&
39;s degree in Petroleum Engineering.</li>
<li>Advance (PE-relevant) graduate level degree as a follow from the Bachelor&
39;s degree.</li>
<li>MBA or a relevant advanced degree is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 20-25 years of multi-country, multi-organizational experience with a minimum of 10 years in engineering (PE) consulting in an NOC or IOC.</li>
<li>Track record of working in multiple organizations preferably in multiple onshore geographic locations including unconventionals, conventionals, gas and oil appraisal and development programs.</li>
<li>Strong and proven track record of developing an asset in a setting similar to Jurassic Gas asset incorporating conventional and unconventional resources in complex structural settings</li>
