You'll be able to work under your own initiative to meet the production schedule of the plant. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills whilst working on some innovative products.<br><br>As a Welder, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li> Collaborating with internal teams to provide support for welding activities. </li><li> Performing visual and in-process inspections to ensure API and ISO quality specifications are met </li><li> Providing support and guidance to your team to diagnose, troubleshoot and solve welding problems and identify improvements. </li><li> Supporting your teams objectives through mentoring and training colleagues. </li><li> Taking part in welding tests and further qualifications to ensure compliance and career development. </li><li> Supporting your teams objectives through mentoring and training colleagues. </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li> Have a High School Diploma </li><li> Have 1 year of experience in oil and as industry is preferred </li><li> Be able to show experience of manual OFW is preferred </li><li> Show some experience with SMAW & FCAW welding procedures </li><li> Have a positive, enthusiastic attitude to new ideas, excellent communication skills and be willing to work flexibly </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
