Materials Coordinator (Logistics & Wells)

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Massy Wood is seeking expressions of interest for a Materials and Logistics Coordinator with significant experience in the oil and gas industry.<br><br>The Materials & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for assisting with administrative and technical support necessary for site procurement and materials management in respect to Construction activities.<br><br><ul><li> The incumbent is required to maintain a focus on key deliverables and effective Subcontracts, fabrication and Purchase Order administration activities including but not limited to the following: </li><li> Expediting discipline input to Drilling Program work-packs & provide timely information with respect to availability of materials, equipment and services in respect of the work-packs at each defined stage of the approval cycle. </li><li> Identify and log all materials owned by BP held in Approved Storage Locations </li><li> Conduct stock taking activities at Vendor Storage Locations in line with Clients Inventory Audit Schedule as and when required and report findings to the Wels Inventory Coordinator. </li><li> Oversee equipment utilized for
