Our client is a London-based mortgage broker who specialise in property finance for high net worth clients around the world!  <br />

The company was created in August 2019, and have since grown significantly. Their team of experts have more than 20 years of combined experience with wealthy clients, and they are now looking to hire another client service member to join them. Currently they are only a small team of 14 and thrive off each other’s knowledge.<br />

This is a young and highly motivated company always looking to strive for continuous improvement in all areas of the business. They take customer relations and care extremely seriously – it is what they base their company ethos around.<br />

They believe that no case is too complicated and their clients are involved in some of the most interesting transactions in the UK. This company use their expert ingenuity and network to find solutions where others cant.<br />

<strong>The Role:</strong><br />
As a <strong>Trainee Mortgage Broker, </strong>you will report to the CEO and COO and you will have the plan to learn how to become a mortgage broker.<br />
<br />
Your responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Being the first port of call for company HNW clients</li>
<li>Taking the relevant information to qualify each enquiry</li>
<li>Distributing all inbound enquiries to an appropriate broker</li>
<li>Keeping the CRM system up to date</li>
<li>Ensuring the company process is constantly followed by yourself and the brokers</li>
<li>Representing the brand in a responsible manner at all times</li>
<li>Keeping to FCA regulations at all times</li>
<li>Monthly brainstorms with the directors</li>
</ul>

<li>The right candidate does not need to have previous experience</li>
