Nazwa biura: GSK House, Philadelphia Walnut Street, USA - North Carolina - Durham Posted Date: Feb 6 2023 The VP – Commercial Products, Analytics, Technology leader role accountable for end-to-end oversight of the commercial technology life cycle for all GSK Medical & Commercial CRM, MDM, Contact Centre, SFI, eCommerce, Messaging, Commercial architecture and Data Engineering. The role will work have an indirect reporting line into the CXO & Data organization and work in close partnership with the team to support all key markets, brands, therapy areas to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and support new business models for market success. The role has end to end responsibility and accountability for the Pharma Tech global products for Medical and commercial including Product Management and Architecture. Vision & Strategy: Create and build upon a 3-year roadmap for Commercial Products, Analytics and Technology platforms and capabilities in partnership with Pharma Commercial & Medical Teams, and the CXO & Data organization. Lead innovation and transformation of the Products and Technology stack to help enable market success Enable data usability, availability, and efficiency to create product strategies to address market needs and translate into a product roadmap. Monitor key emerging technologies, form relationships with external innovators, run a set of prioritized experiments to identifying target business processes and systems which will benefit from these tech Harness active partnership with GP&T organization and the CXO & Data team, as well as provide customer facing solutions to R&D and Supply Chain contact centres. Be an active leader in shaping GSK’s enterprise architecture, data platforms & technology vision Capabilities & Ways of working: Lead the team to deliver Product Management approaches that help optimize products, end user experience, and guide ongoing product and business decisions to strengthen the GSK’s competitive edge Responsible for agile planning, development, and operational support of all current and future global channels, and looking for ways to automate the creation, testing, and deployment of software Partner with Pharma Tech regional/market VP’s to seek market input and signals while building new products and support adoption journey of these new capabilities back into markets Architecture oversight and guidance for Pharma Commercial Technology footprint with a specific focus on scalable data architecture Active Lifecycle management & total cost of ownership management of channels, data capabilities while shifting investment to build innovative products Lead operating model transformation from project delivery + support to integrated agile product teams that deliver value frequently and delights our business partners Operate within an environment GXP, SarbanesOxley, and GDPR regulation Team & Talent: Grow a diverse, inclusive, multidisciplinary, and high performing data team through recruiting and mentorship; promote a growth-mindset for all team members Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team in support of strategic and growth initiatives. Inspire teams to over-achieve in a fast-paced, distributed environment Lead continuous talent transformation of the teams to be fit for a digital future Maintain external presence to represent GSK Pharma Commercial and Medical Digital & Tech externally to capture and report relevant tech intelligence and be a talent magnet to attract and maintain talent density within GSK Coach and mentor, the next generation of Products, Analytics, Technology leaders Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent field 15+ years of progressive experience in Commercial/ or similar in Digital platforms, data & analytics, data management, product development, and data governance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building enthusiastic support for new ideas and converting resistance to endorsement with robust collaboration with various stakeholders, leaders, and agile team(s) across the organization. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across the full spectrum of internal stakeholders and customers. Deep knowledge of Commercial business processes, with a strong preference for experience of working in at least one commercial market Track record in successful strategy development, solution design, programme and project delivery and service management, across multiple business lines. Track record in delivering business impact through process and technology enabled solutions, across multiple business lines.
