Team Leader

Job Title: Production Team Leader Location: Leeds Key responsibilities: Supervise, develop, motivate and lead small team of Factory Associates. Ensure safe and efficient production of assigned line. Monitor, control and report on production. Participate in process improvements with focus on key outcomes. Monitor and ensure training is completed for assigned team. Interact collaboratively with other manufacturing areas and support teams. Skills and attributes: High attention to detail Self-motivated Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Capable of reading assembly instruction and wiring diagrams Identify material, movement, storage and disposal Utilize handheld tools such as hand-held screwdriver and operate machinery Computer skills sufficient to support recording and reporting of production data and to collaborate with business support personnel - helpful to have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office package Helpful to have previous manufacturing or assembly experience Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills At Schneider Electric, Diversity & Inclusion is at the heart of our organisation, it's an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
