The core focus of this role is to formalize the country standardization strategy aligned with the global guidance and to manage the standardization action plan to achieve the defined strategy. In this role you will report to the Head of Design firm channel & Virtual Sales. The position will be located in Espoo. As a Sales Specifier Engineer for Standardization, you will: Plan, define and execute country standardization strategy in the area of electrification Collaborate and build a network with internal & external business stakeholders within standardization Promote the standards locally, linking them to electrical designs and applications Deploy and adapt communication assets in order for the new standardizations to be adopted sufficiently Act as a link between country and our corporate standardization team and also support the corporate on the international voting process regarding standardization Experience and skills, we are looking for: Excellent organization and time management skills Good and active communication and presentation skills, written and verbal Relevant technical educational background Not afraid to take decisions into your own hand Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken We offer you a great possibility to learn and grow along your job and responsibilities.
