Overview JOB PURPOSE: Assist in Off-loading stocks to the outlet, ensuring proper merchandising cleanliness of the Shelves & Racks/access points in the outlet. Support RSR in achieving daily targets. Responsibilities Description Performance Indicators 1. Proper Stock handling (loading & off-loading / and secure) No damages / returns Ensuring all assets are protected and returned 2. Merchandising (ensuring proper FIFO implemented, planograms according to agreed guidelines) Vs audit checks by Supervisor on merchandising and planograms as part of work with, 3. Back room stocks ( ensuring proper rotation while off-loading) FIFO standards (No out of stock, No Expiry) 4.
