Operations Support Agent Associate

Position Summary: Key responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from customers in relation to collection requests, along with delivery queries. Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries. Check and investigate (if required) failed deliveries / collections. Prioritise and re-allocate any failed deliveries for the next day delivery. Input data into our in-house tracking system. Maintain clear and effective communication / collaboration with the team / manager and other depots. Follow FedEx processes, procedures and controls as well as external regulatory requirements. Provide support to your supervisor and team members as required within the location.
