Head of Electrical Engineering-Process Area<br><br><ul><li>Responsible for overseeing Electrical Engineering activities in NFS Onshore Project-Process area, ensuring all technical requirements such as project specifications, data sheets, etc. are in full compliance with project requirements, standardised processes, and are delivered to the highest technical quality standards.</li><li>Perform a cold eye review of the NFS FEED Electrical deliverables.</li><li>During the EPC phase, provide clear guidance to the EPC contractor, sub-contractors and vendors and facilitate resolution of electrical technical issues to complete electrical engineering activities such as design, procurement and integration to meet project objectives and milestones.</li><li>Steward various phases of electrical engineering during installation, pre-commissioning Site acceptance test and commissioning</li><li>During start-up and early operations phases, until the performance tests completion, provide ad hoc field engineering assistance.</li><li>Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>20 years' experience of Electrical Engineering, preferably in a major LNG Project. Broad knowledge of engineering execution including design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, onshore LNG facilities and utility systems design, construction and operations.</li><li>Requires demonstrated broad Electrical equipment and systems experience (HV/MV/LV electrical systems design, transformers, switchgear, power management systems, electrical system controls for reactive and active power sharing, power distribution control, large Motors, 40MW+) and familiarity with relevant manufacturing processes and relevant industry codes. </li><li>High voltage and large-scale onshore power design requirements.</li><li>Experience with EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.</li><li>Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to work with people from variety of cultural backgrounds.</li></ul>Requirement:<br><li>Candidate has completed at least 1 major oil & gas greenfield  (preferably LNG) Onshore  EPC project (4 ~ 6 years) working as Electrical Lead, for either:<li>Company PMT (Client side)</li><li>A major EPC contractor</li></li><li>Candidate's profile is Project<li>Project experience is a must / maintenance or operation is a plus.</li></li><li>Stable career (Average Turnover within a company  > 3 years).</li><b> </b><br> <br /><br />With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Renewables, Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining, Automotive and Chemicals sectors worldwide.With more than 100 offices in 45 countries, we are able to provide our clients with the engineering and technical expertise they need, wherever and whenever it is needed.
