This position will be an integral part of our global innovation ecosystem and will be based in Silicon Valley (Mountain View, California). Our global innovation centers are state-of-the-art centers where clients and partners experience the ‘Art of Possible’ and draw inspiration based on a persona driven, User Centered Design methodology to visualize, prototype and embrace innovation. Candidate Profile: Has a flexible can-do attitude and is willing to take on new challenges Enjoys working in a startup-like environment that is fast-paced and ambiguous Embraces the agile methodology and possesses a bias for action Has demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring remote teams across multiple geographies Able to articulate how technology solves real business problems and customer pain points Has excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interface with C-Level leadership Able to project manage multiple workstreams, multi-task and prioritize as necessary Accustomed to working flexible hours due to the global nature of this role Responsibilities: Lead the global development team to create prototypes and proof-of-concepts for clients Co-create proof-of-concepts together with client partners Mentor and guide global development team Design and onboard scalable solutions and showcases to customers Pitch technology solutions to senior executives (eg: C-suite) Manage multiple workstreams to deliver POCs/demos on time for customer events Collaborate with internal Wipro teams to gather any further information when required Attend team huddles, planning sessions, review calls & deployment discussions and come up with innovative approaches to build cloud/web/mobile apps, server-side components, database components and create a full stack application Participate in customer facing calls for any solution delivery or demonstration via video conferencing Answer technical questions from CIOs during technical showcases Manage the existing demo portfolio and pipeline Desired Professional Qualifications: Holds a Masters/Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology Possess at least 2 years managing a technical team using agile methodologies Possess at least 4 years developing software or hardware solutions Desired Technical Competencies: Subject matter expertise in at least one of the following areas: AR/VR, AI/ML, Edge IoT, Robotics, Cloud and Networking Object oriented programming Full-stack development experience (HTML/CSS/Javascript/JAX and Node.JS) Angular/React/Vue JS preferred Relational databases RDBMS (MySQL/ PostgreSQL), and at least one non-relational DB (DynamoDB/mongo/Cassandra/Redis) AI/ML solutions and data analytics Python & Python stacks such as Flask, Django would be a bonus Deploying solutions in AWS/Azure/GCP (eg: Deploying solutions with AWS API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, SageMaker, Amplify) Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Network fundamentals, Rest API, web sockets Mobile application development (iOS/Android) System Design & Architecture, Scalability Basic understanding of UI/UX Concepts Familiar with the latest technology trends (eg: Robotics / Blockchain / AR/VR)
