Head of Projects - Data Centre

We are seeking a Head of Projects for our Data Centre Regional Application Centre (RAC). Based in Sydney, this leadership position oversees a team of Project Managers, to deliver Schneider Data Centre Solutions to our broad base of valued clients. The Head of Projects, and the team, are spread nationally and are empowered to work flexibly, in a way that best suits the unique needs of the individual and the customer; this can mean a mix of work from office, work from customer site and work from home. The scope of Projects range from small, to large and complex, technical services packages; with high levels of system integration and can be on construction sites or within operating Data Centres. Scope of Responsibility Manage the portfolio of Projects via the Schneider Electric Customer Project Process Day to day leadership, safety, learning and team culture building of the Project Managers Ensure margin is maintained or improved Manage Risk and Opportunity across all Projects Foster & Maintain an overall high level of Customer Satisfaction Lead by example with highly effective relationships and collaboration with a variety of local and global partners and stakeholders Contribute to the Schneider PMO through continuous improvement and lessons learnt Compliance with the Customer Project Process and Audit requirements Ensuring schedules and budgets are achieved Why You?
