Þputy Director - Data & Digital Solutions Delivery

Overview The Data and Digital Services Lead enables a key priority area in support of PFNA Digitalization and directs all aspects of the GTM data ecosystem for PFNA. This role will be responsible for technical delivery of back-end data wiring to support several key GTM programs: Store Perfect Planogram (SPP), Retail 360 (R36) and SalesPro+. This lead will work closely with data engineers & data scientists on their team along with technical developers on Commercial IT team (front-end development) to ensure an end-to-end solution is delivered that supports high-performing front-end application with a re-usable back-end. This lead will also work to ensure that solutions developed are remediated properly as PGT deploys in 2H 2023, partnering with data fabric and PGT teams. This role will also support baseline break/fix and minor enhancements for the above-mentioned key GTM programs. As the GTM agenda evolves in 2024 & beyond, role will be similar with respect to further anticipated GTM programs that require data engineering and data science components. This role will manage a combination of baseline and investment budgets. This role will support all initiatives using US-, Mexico- and India-based resources.
