Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us. The Launch Excellence Lead will be the leader for new products or indications launches in Argentina. This leader will play an integral role for brand teams driving strategy and innovation and leading matrix collaboration at local, regional and WW level to successfully execute the launch plans. This position reports to the General Manager, Argentina. Key Responsibilities Build the local launch excellence strategy since T-24 or the earliest possible for Brands selected by the market in coordination with BUs and LatAm Strat & Ops. Engage with cross-functional brand teams for developing brand plans to align Marketing, Medical and Market Access objectives. Support the local teams on the “Speed to Market” and launch executions planning. Explore, define, and implement innovative launching business models and approaches for every new product in partnership with Strat & Ops and WW Leads. Lead the field teams defined in the business model approach. Organize launch readiness reviews for brands planning from T-12 and post-launch reviews up to T+12. Liaise with LatAm Strat & Ops organization and other markets to ensure adequate Go-to-Market resources and to find synergies and simplification. Drive performance meetings ensuring appropriate KPIs follow up (through dashboards) for Brand and/or Therapeutic franchises with Matrix, to coach teams and share best practices. Provide strategic leadership about the organization Capabilities to deliver development, and coaching plans in line with people and business objectives. Building and managing relationships with BMS stakeholders to establish strategic alliance partnership. Define and deploy the Omni-channel strategy. Develop the digital journey to drive effective launch of new products. Partner with BI&A team for sizing market opportunities, building the forecast model and running projections process for the new products/indications. Lead the budget planning and OpEx follow up for the new products. Build an engaging and inclusive culture and further incorporate BMS values across the organization. Qualifications & Experience [6/10]+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in Marketing and Sales. Successful experience product launching. Desirable: experience in Dermatology, Psoriasis, Cardiovascular Superb leadership skills with a strong ability to influence the organization while holding its members accountable for results, behaviors, and continuous improvement. Successful record of adapting global strategies in a local environment, integrating market trends, customer insights and competitive response to better capitalize on domestic opportunities. Strong choice-making capabilities in a VUCA environment, exhibiting proficiency in resource allocation, prioritization, and innovation focus. Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence in a matrix organization by establishing an aligned set of deliverables, contingency plans, and metrics with strong organizational, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Adept communicator with the ability to express articulately, credibly, and convincingly in Spanish and preferably in English as well. Demonstrated analytical skills, with regards to market research, competitive data collection analysis, financial analysis and crystallization of key business insights are needed Experience and track record of both coaching individuals as well as leading diverse teams, including the ability to manage a field team successfully, with direct and indirect reports, by applying the right level of management focus, control and support and ensuring commitment and passion Excellent stakeholder management skills: with the ability to influence and persuade the full set of internal and external stakeholders towards achieving target outcomes If you come across a role that intrigues you but doesn’t perfectly line up with your resume, we encourage you to apply anyway.
