Job description<br />
Depending on your expertise, a tender lead position will involve the preparation of a technical solution, customer contact, tender documentation and negotiations in the sales phase of our delivery projects that can vary both in complexity and size. The project portfolio spans everything from small single discipline projects to larger multi-discipline projects. Our tender lead follows the sales process from customer follow-up, clarification of technical solution, preparation of tender documentation and handover to the project team / manager.<br />
<br />
Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p>

<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain good working relationships with external departments that support the early engagement and tendering processes.</li>
<li>Maintain and continuously develop a good working relationship with other tendering and sales organizations within OneSubsea.</li>
<li>Prepare the development, structure, format and content of the tender in compliance with OneSubsea&
39;s mandatory processes and procedures and in accordance with the customer&
39;s instructions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Delegate workload to the assigned tender support team as required and monitor progress.</li>
<li>Develop a commercial strategy for the project in conjunction with the responsible Sales person.</li>
<li>Act as the formal point of contact with the client during the tender clarification phase and lead the OneSubsea team at any customer clarification meetings.</li>
