OTR Procurement Lead

To lead and drive initiatives, projects, and solution development for customers to deliver best in class services.<br><br><b>As an OTR Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for:</b><br><br> &bull; Owning and supporting all operational aspects of projects procurement execution. This includes MRP review, master data management, PR to PO conversion, holds management, technical and inspection approvals management (internal and external), capacity, and schedule management, as well as expediting with suppliers to ensure on time delivery in line with project requirements <br><br> &bull; Documenting and developing new project OTR procurement process within a new organization to ensure future agility and competitiveness in the market <br><br> &bull; Assessing supplier capabilities for key project commodities and lead onboarding and strategic agreements on supplier acceptability <br><br> &bull; Leading technical negotiations and validation for assigned project scope of work with suppliers in collaboration with project engineering. <br><br> &bull; Working closely with Strategic Procurement, SQE and Logistics to drive supplier to expedite PO delivery to meet established delivery requirements with a target of 95% OTD <br><br> &bull; Driving standardisation and continuous improvement of procurement processes with supply base to achieve price and cycle time reduction through consignment, VMI and other strategies. <br><br><b>To be successful in this role you will:</b><br><br> &bull; Have a degree or relevant equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Engineering or other relevant field. <br><br> &bull; Demonstrate OTR experience in ensuring handover is correct, technical concepts are feasible and sound, successful negotiating with suppliers and reducing lead times. <br><br> &bull; Have significant experience in a similar procurement, materials, purchasing, fulfilment function role. <br><br> &bull; Be able to demonstrate customer and supplier.<br>Big process and Orderbook management. <br><br> &bull; Show enthusiasm for being the main point of contact on the project for Suppliers, Project Managers, Engineering, Material Planners and Manufacturing <br><br> Work in a way that works for you <br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
