ITO Procurement Leader

The role is a key position within the diverse, multi-disciplined, results focused procurement team. The successful candidate shall meet the technical requirements listed below whilst being focused on collaborating with internal and external resources to deliver on strategic goals.<br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br>As an ITO Procurement Leader, you will be responsible for:<br><br> &bull; Documenting and developing a new ITO procurement process within a new organization to ensure future agility and competitiveness in the market <br><br> &bull; Working closely with commercial operations team; leading technical document review of design scope based on customer requirements <br><br> &bull; Leading technical negotiations & commercial validation for assigned package scope of work with suppliers in collaboration with engineering <br><br> &bull; Developing good relationships with commercial, engineering and product line teams to drive key procurement and business objectives <br><br> &bull; Providing cost and lead time modelling based on data, supplier feedback and current market trends for the impacted commodities <br><br> &bull; Assessing pricing commodity risk, material index, defining and driving execution of contingency plans <br><br> &bull; Driving the standardisation and continuous improvement of procurement processes to achieve price and cycle time reduction through consignment, VMI and other strategies <br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><br> &bull; Have a Supply Chain related or Mechanical Engineering degree / qualification (this is advantageous to your application, but not essential). <br><br> &bull; Have significant Procurement, Sourcing and Commercial experience (ITO) process development in addition to specific ITO tasks and activities <br><br> &bull; Have experience working cross functionally in a similar function and able to navigate multiple disciplines that contribute to the success of the ITO process <br><br> &bull; Possess excellent communication skills; demonstrate aptitude in negotiation and persuasion, commercial sales <br><br> &bull; Be a self-starter, able to motivate yourself as will be plenty of ownership and autonomy in this role <br><br> &bull; Have a similar industry background (Energy sector) specific to this role and its requirements <br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
