<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p><b>Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner</b></p><p><b>&pound;13 - &pound;20 per hour dependant on experience</b></p><p><b>KT10 - SW London/Surrey</b></p><p><b>Full Time, Permanent</b></p><p>We are looking for a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to join our clients talented team of craftsmen and women. They are an established business specialising in bespoke furniture design and manufacturing. You would be working from a brand new, purpose built workshop is based on the SW London/Surrey border, where they have in-house production and manufacturing teams producing high-end, free standing and fitted bespoke furniture.</p><p>Job Description </p><p><ul><li>Making a broad range of bespoke fitted and free standing furniture to a high standard</li><li>Assembly of joinery items</li><li>Working from detailed, technical production drawings and providing cutting lists</li><li>Working to agreed deadlines</li></ul></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p><ul><li>At least 2 years experience working as a cabinet maker/joiner/furniture maker producing bespoke furniture</li><li>Carpentry and joinery skills</li><li>Joinery fitting experience would be an advantage</li><li>Experience using veneer and laminate</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical/CAD drawings and furniture designs</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>An eye for quality, detail and high standards of workmanship</li><li>Hold a full UK driving license would be an advantage, but not essential</li><li>Must be well organised</li><li>Must be fluent in spoken and written English</li><li>Must have the right to live and work in the UK</li></ul></p><p>Salary dependent on experience. Free parking, company pension and a friendly working environment. </p><p>This is a full time position, flexible hours may be possible.
