If you have experience of working with and supporting people with complex needs aged between 16 and 25, they would love to hear from you.</p>
<p><strong>Accommodation Night Concierge Support Worker<br />
Yeovil, BA21</strong></p>

<li><strong>Various night shifts available eg 21:45 – 08:15 and 19:45 – 03:45</strong></li>
<li><strong>£10.92 per hour</strong></li>

<p>Our client has been working with supported living and temporary accommodation clients across the UK since 2002. They offer a wide range of services and take great pride in supporting communities and making a real difference to people’s lives.</p>
<p>Their Night Support and Concierge workers provide waking cover throughout the night, providing continuous support and safeguarding to vulnerable residents.</p>
<p><strong>About the role: </strong> </p>
<p>This is a key role within the support team of our young persons accommodation. The post holder will be working night shifts with some weekend and bank holiday cover where required.</p>
<p>You will be supporting young people outside of main working hours within housing projects and within the community. Given the nature of the role, the perfect candidate will have previous experience of a similar role and be flexible.</p>

<p>The post is also responsible for Housing Management duties to ensure a holistic service for clients including administration, notification of repairs and maintenance, health and safety tasks and general support, ensuring the environment is welcoming and safe for clients and staff.</p>
<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>You will provide cover for night shifts, including weekends. Your key duties will include, but is not limited to, the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>To deliver a high-quality night support service offering flexibility and choice in methods of intervention, consultation and advice to young people</li>
<li>To provide timely and appropriate interventions to meet the needs of the individual outside of core hours</li>
<li>Provide a consistent approach with the team to ensure young people achieve sustained independence as the goal</li>
<li>Incident management and to provide a high-quality incident reports and handover for day staff, using Inform. (Full training provided)</li>
<li>First response emergency first aid where required (full training provided)</li>
<li>Coordination of evening activities where applicable such as cooking support, games, movie night, arts and crafts.</li>
</ul>
