This is a position for a Senior Engineer CTH in the Services / Aftermarket department. You&
39;ll be a technical focal point, specifically on all Wellhead, XT, Tubing Hanger and Subsea Tooling Packages and work across all regional projects and with operational teams on the existing install base<br />
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer (Control Title Holder), you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Leading all applicable Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality requirements</li>
<li>Collaborating with Global Engineering Product teams on technical updates, notifications, and equipment safety initiatives</li>
<li>Mentoring and developing proactively regional engineering team and increase broader team capability.</li>
<li>Leading design changes, reviews in accordance with the Baker Hughes Design Process Plans and consult with other departments on designs, queries and field related applications.</li>
<li>Reviewing and approving technical documentation including field service manuals, engineering specifications, drawings, calculation packs, bill of materials, Root Cause Analysis (RCA&
39;s), guidelines and repair procedures related to the refurbishment and condition assessment of equipment.</li>
<li>Developing installation, preservation, acceptance test and system integration test procedures and assist with their execution.</li>
<li>Providing technical engineering support and leadership during business and non-business hours, including rotation based 24-7 engineering on-call.</li>
</ul>

<p><b>Fuel your passion</b><br />
To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a bachelor&
39;s in mechanical engineering, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience.</li>
<li>Have +10 years of engineering experience within the subsea industry or related service organization.</li>
<li>Have service based Customer First mindset and good understanding of risk analysis and hazard mitigation</li>
<li>Be proactive and results oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team.</li>
<li>Have field experience in subsea installations, troubleshooting and interventions</li>
<li>Have good communication skills, with an ability to communicate well in a multi-lingual/multi-cultural team environment</li>
<li>Have good English language skills, both verbal and written.</li>
</ul>
