Job Overview Role: Senior Tech Specialist Location: Mumbai The Digital and Technology team of General Mills India Centre is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic software testing professional with 5-7 years of experience in Performance Testing Candidate with experience on working in offshoring model is preferred. Role Responsibilities 80% of Time Responsibilities - Understanding the non-functional requirements from business - Understand the Mobile Applications Performance testing requirements - Familiarity of working in Agile teams - Familiarity of Mobile applications – Native, Web and Hybrid - Scripting of mobile applications using different load testing tools - 5-7 years of experience in Load Testing tools - LoadRunner, NeoLoad, JMeter - Provide the test execution report to stakeholders - Define the correct test scope for the test activity 20% of Time Operational Responsibilities - Manage stakeholders from different country & time zones - Flexibility to work at late hours Must - have technical skills and experience  Experience in Mobile Applications Performance Testing  Experience in Load Testing, Stress Testing and Endurance Testing  Knowledge of performance testing concepts, such as NFR, SLA, User Requirement, Parameterization and Correlations  Create test data to perform test executions  Validates data and scripts by running the scenarios  Analyzes and troubleshoots erroneous results, determines the root cause of defects, logs the defects in JIRA/Confluence and enables defect management, including working with the development team on the resolution  Works closely with software development team (Business Analysts, Developers & other testers) to ensure timely and effective testing effort  Design, develop, document, and maintain automated tests suites for scripts Good to have skills • GCP certification • ISTQB certification • Performance Testing Tools certifications • Technologies – Google Cloud Platform, Microfocus – Mobile Center, Appium or Perfecto Mobile • Automation testing • CI CD Dev-ops Skill proficiency expectations Expert level Intermediate Level Basic Level · Mobile Applications - Performance Testing · Load Testing, Stress Testing · Test planning for NFR · Tools – NeoLoad, JMeter and LoadRunner · Scripting of Mobile applications in NeoLoad OR JMeter · Scenario Preparation and Execution · Analysis and Report preparation · Server-Side Monitoring · Any Application Performance Monitoring Tool (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk) COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
