Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>As a Lead Project Planner, you will be responsible for flawless project execution through effective coordination of activities and resources. You will contribute to innovative technology projects in a complex and interesting technical environment. You will ensure every detail is meticulously planned to deliver successful projects to our customers.<br><br>As a Lead Project Planner, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Leading planners to create, monitor and manage complex project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction & installation of topside & subsea field equipment.<br></li><li>Collaborating and negotiating with project teams, functional stakeholders, suppliers and customers to ensure quality and accuracy of project schedules from tender through to execution.<br></li><li>Recognising opportunities and risks and working with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigations that will ensure project delivery, on time and on budget.<br></li><li>Preparing and presenting schedule reviews and providing schedule status updates and ensuring that key messages are communicated and understood at all levels of the business.<br></li><li>Reviewing, advising and making reconmendations on contractual requirement related to planning and project administration and working collaboratively with partners to ensure flawless execution of planning processes.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have drive and energy to meet expectations.<br></li><li>Have significant experience in planning, ideally in subsea oil and gas equipment, or in another large-scale manufacturing environment.<br></li><li>Have well-developed influencing and negotiating skills.<br></li><li>Have excellent presentation and communication skills; be able to bring analysis and insights to life for key stakeholders.<br></li><li>Have advanced knowledge and understanding of the planning tool Primavera P6.<br></li><li>Have comfort working as a team lead or as a team member.<br></li><li>Have ability to co-ordinate the planning of several projects simultaneously.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
