Role Description · Provides technical direction for the requirement capturing, application design, development, testing, configuration, customization, systems integration from definition phase of the project through implementation phase. · Reviews proposals for technology systems and provides direction. · Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. · Creates detailed work breakdown structure (WBS) for the technical team’s activities · Ensures the timely completion of technical of project deliverables · Manages technical resources within budget and project schedules. · Communicates effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions. · Manages multiple tech teams simultaneously · Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Qualifiations 10+ years’ experience in a SDLC environment Knowledge and experience with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development lifecycle/ methodologies Proficient in SQL, Windows and Linux, Applications and Systems design, development, architecture and integration at an enterprise level using such technologies as Cloud platforms Azure, Amazon AWS, .NET Framework, J2EE, Weblogic, IBM WebSphere; IBM DB2, SQL Server, Oracle etc. Middleware /Integration technologies (including Mulesoft, Oracle Fusion, REST, & MF Networking/Security concepts and design practices including ESP (Electronic Security Parameter) , HTTP/S, TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxies Proficient is MS office, Visio tools Experience in Energy/Utility sector and the following preferred: Knowledge of the CNI/Control Center application systems (including hardware, software and associated tools or similar) Advanced Distribution Management System, Energy Management System, Outage Management System, Volt-Var Optimization, Telecom Operations Management System, Network Management system Knowledge of CEII, NERC-CIP Standards and other Cyber Security frameworks (NIST, etc.) Good understanding of IT/OT infrastructure & Communications/integration technologies with field network devices Basic understanding of Customer, GIS, Asset & Work Management systems, SAP systems Note from Client: “Please share Electric Domain and IT combo profiles for Tech Lead roles in ADMS/DSCADA”.
