Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: https://stories.pepsicojobs.com/ Responsibilities Accountabilities: Help set and Implement the franchise agenda Lead the local relationship between PepsiCo & the local bottler (key point of contact for Sr. Management) Align and execute AOP initiatives with the botller and all other relevant internal and external stakeholders Actively track programs, projects and innovations for their timing, effectiveness and results Lead business diagnosis and action plans on a daily basis leveraging insights and data analysis to deliver value added information to the bottler Conduct business reviews with the bottler and key stakeholders to identify potential future opportunities and/or course correction actions to achieve goals Align bottler on PEP brands guidelines and regional/global commercial programs Share regional/global brand & trade capabilities with the bottler Support the Franchise Manager to deliver financial AOP targets (Volume, NR, NOPBT, SOM/SOV) Support the Franchise Manager in the development, negotiation and deployment of long-term strategies with the bottler Influence/Team Alignment: gain system alignment within the regional Matrix to support the local business Qualifications Education: Professional / Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration, Business Management or similar. Master degree or MBA (desirable). Knowledge: Language: fluent spoken, read and written Spanish and English. Financial knowledge Microsoft office Power BI (desirable) Experience: Minimun 6 years of overall experience, at least 4 of them in the consumers’ goods industry. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining commercial strategies to meet organizational objectives.
