Production Operator

<b> Job Description: </b><br><br>We are looking for a candidate who can work in a fast-paced production environment with the ability to work as part of a team but also able to work under their own initiative if called upon.<br><br>As a Manufacturing Assembler/Operator you will be responsible for:<br><br>Carrying out duties within the production line as instructed by line manager.<br><br>Adhering to the companies Health and Safety guidelines.<br><br>Provide commitment and support in the attainment of goals, with respect to safety,<br><br>quality, cost, delivery, and compliance tasks.<br><br>Working towards lean and continuous improvements in the area.<br><br><b> Attributes required: </b><br><br>Have good manual dexterity for assembling electro/mechanical components.<br><br>Ideally have soldering experience to a recognised standard (J-std/IPC std).<br><br>Be able to read and understand technical drawings & job-related manufacturing<br><br>documentation.<br><br>Be able to accurately maintain records and have clear, legible handwriting.<br><br>Have good verbal & written communication skills.<br><br>Basic computer skills.<br><br>Be able to multitask and rotate across key processes.<br><br><b>About Us:</b><br> With operations in over 120 countries, we provide better solutions for our customers and richer opportunities for our people.
