Technical Requirements of the role: Sentinel One management Console/Agent versions Experience in managing Sentinel One infrastructure with firewall Experience analysing Sentinel One reports Experience in analysing Sentinel One logs/incidents within management console Experience with policy configuration & assignments for Sentinel One endpoints Sentinel One management Console Sentinel One Agent deployments and upgrades Windows/Linux server Operating Systems, Mac OS Second line (Tier2) level troubleshooting skills in Windows/Linux/Mac platform (client & server) Second line (Tier2) level troubleshooting skills in applications hosted on Windows/Linux/Mac platform (client & server) Second line (Tier2) level troubleshooting skills in SentinelOne Agent Endpoints.
