Site Name: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka Posted Date: Feb 2 2023 職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities RSV OAは、高齢者を対象としたRSウイルス感染症を予防するために独自に開発されているワクチンで、2024年上市に向けて準備中です。RSV OAはNew GSKそしてGSK Japanの成長に大きく貢献することが期待されています。 RSV OAのブランドマネージャーとして、上市に向けたローンチ戦略立案、それに基づいたプロモーション活動や疾患啓発活動の実行を通じ、ターゲット消費者におけるRSVの疾患認知、接種希望者がアクセスしやすく且つ安心してワクチンを接種できる環境づくりに貢献いただきます。 RSVの製品ローンチ戦略、オペレーションプランの立案。 メディカル部門と連携したEEとのエンゲージメント。 講演会、スピーカープログラム、ウェビナーの企画・実施。 営業現場との連携強化、各種営業施策の推進。 コマーシャルエクセレンスとの連携強化、オムニチャネルアプローチの推進。 マーケティング部内関連業務。 必要要件 Required Skill, Experience, Etc. 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill 戦略的思考。課題特定・問題解決能力。 セルフスターター。オペレーション遂行力。 コミュニケーション力。ネゴシエーション力。 チームプレイヤー（個人の能力だけでなくチームとして高い成果を出せる働き方）。 ガバナンスマインドセット。 経験 Experience マーケティングもしくはコマーシャルエクセレンス関連業務経験（製薬業界経験者） 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language BA/BSc. 望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification スキル Skill 分析スキル。 ファシリテーションスキル。 プレゼンテーションスキル。 経験 Experience メディカル部門と連携したEEとのエンゲージメント。 MR経験。 グローバルor リージョナルメンバーが参加するプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント。 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language Post Graduate Degree level (e.g. MBA). 英語力（ビジネスレベル）。 GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organisation where people can thrive.
