What will you do? Manage suppliers portfolio : ordering and rescheduling in / out Manage daily shortage and preshortage Root Cause Analysis Challenge and smooth suppliers’ portfolio : Manual order intake – reschedule of portfolio according to production capacity Daily contact with suppliers internal plant’s department – be the link with production planning and warehouse Manage Logistic Non conformity : upstream Material management : make sure that ERP data is clean Invoices management : deal with suppliers and forwarders to ensure invoices payment on time Track and challenge Transport budget : invoices check + monthly report + alerts on deviation Weekly KPI reporting – back up on meeting animation Monthly forecast plug-in SAP Be part of supply chain development projects What qualifications will make you successful?
