Ramp Agent

Position Summary: As a FedEx Ramp Agent you will ensure the timely processing of freight and the on-time departure of flights by coordinating the relevant pre-flight activities. The role involves working closely with the warehouse teams under strict time deadlines and pressurized situations to meet flight schedules with most efficient load plans Key responsibilities: Verify cargo manifests against system information and make amendment of any discrepancies. Deal with internal /external customer queries on all types of freight movements whilst advising the required documentation for onward movement. Input accurate and timely information into systems. Ensure all pre and post flight checks and activities are completed in compliance with operational, security and safety policies, procedures, standards and processes. The ideal candidate will have: Excellent PC Skills to work within our bespoke systems. Good communication skills on all levels. Demonstrates initiative, organization, discipline, and adaptability while working in a pressurised environment. Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail.
