Lead IAP Planner

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for a Lead Integrated Asset Planner on a 12 month fixed term basis. <br><br>The IAP Planner will provide: <br><ul><li> Daily support to Operations providing guidance in prioritisation to the Operations Superintendent along with the maintenance and integrity manager and associated operations teams as appropriate. </li><li> Responsible for compiling and facilitating the 28 day and 3M plans, ensuring engagement with key stakeholders for plan entry and execution preparedness for delivery in the 28-day window. </li></ul><br> Main Duties: <br><ul><li> Key participant in the 8Q planning process. </li><li> Integrated asset plan for onshore and offshore as appropriate. </li><li> Produce 4W plan weekly, incorporating activities from operations and other relevant functions including Projects and Decommissioning. </li><li> Produce 3M plan monthly, incorporating activities from operations and other relevant functions. </li><li> Support development of the 8Q plan, understanding the business drivers and commitments while incorporating activities from operations and other relevant functions. </li><li> Support the schedulers to ensure combined plans and schedules are implemented to maximize resource efficiency and achieve Schedule compliance. </li><li> Implements standard planning practice and produces the data to measure plan attainment. </li><li> Enforces planning process stage gates. </li><li> Optimises integrated plan for efficiencies and identifies SIMOPS clashes. </li><li> Ensure oversight of the barrier model is maintained and integrated with the plan as appropriate. </li><li> Maintain oversight of ORA's on the IAP. </li><li> Identify and support delivery of business improvement opportunities within relevant area of the business. </li><li> Onshore and offshore planners to be able to stand in for each other's role when required. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><b>Qualifications:</b> <br><ul><li> Qualifications / experience in Project Management and Project Controls <br></li></ul><br> <b>Knowledge, skills, and experience:</b> <br><ul><li> Significant experience and knowledge of Primavera P6. SAP knowledge would be beneficial but not necessary. <br></li><li> Significant knowledge and experience of integrated project planning in an Operations environment. <br></li><li> Experience working within an Operations and maintenance focused environment. </li><li> Detailed understanding of Project Controls, across Planning, Cost, Risk, MoC, etc. <br></li><li> Knowledge of Association of Project Management terminology (APM BoK). <br></li><li> BOSIET. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
