Increasing activity in the North Sea for a range of cased hole and open hole services. We require an engineer with experience in deploying a range of services wireline offshore. <br><br><b> Partner with the best </b><br><br> As a Wireline Field Operator, you will hold field experience as well as a broad range of knowledge of wireline products and services. The North Sea & Europe offers and executes a wide range of simple to complex wireline services. Offering opportunities for the employee to develop new skills and knowledge <br><br><b> As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for: </b><br><ul><li> Determining / developing resolution to an assortment of problems encountered at the wellsite of a moderately complex scope, where analysis of situations or data requires a variety of factors </li><li> Supervising the training of less experienced engineers and personnel. Be crew lead engineer on site for wellsite operations </li><li> Working onshore in the base to prepare, plan, troubleshoots faults and complete follow-up report before and after wireline assigned jobs </li><li> Working with customer representatives and drill crews on location to coordinate operations with the rig or production facility </li><li> Advising customer representative in the wireline operations on site, troubleshooting, Log QC and other wellsite analysis and wireline decision-making processes </li><li> Supervising crew and equipment at the Wellsite. Responsible to RA sources and Explosives inventories and tracking </li><li> Overseeing maintenance and logistics of the equipment for an assigned wireline operation </li><li> Maintaining job records and completes necessary paperwork. Communications as required to operations manager </li><li> Performing all required duties and responsibilities safely and as described by Managing Base Operations, Managing Wellsite Operations and Managing Equipment and Logistics Manuals </li><li> Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values </li></ul><br><br><b> Fuel your passion </b><br><br> To be successful in this role you will: <br><ul><li> Engineering or Applied Science educated, BSc (or equivalent College/ Work Experience) </li><li> Experience as a Wireline Field Engineer (Cased Hole and / or Open Hole) </li><li> Use in Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe and Outlook </li><li> Experience using ECLIPS, Warrior (or Windows based logging system), Cerberus Tension Modelling system. </li><li> Experience on Cased Hole Services - ideally some Open Hole experience </li><li> Experience working in Offshore environment </li></ul><br><br><b> Work in a way that works for you </b><br><br> We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
