<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
&bull; Lead and perform overall business process analysis and recommend the improvement and automation opportunities in order to re-design the business process as to achieve more efficient results and operational effectiveness and excellence of the Finance &amp; Planning Directorate. Lead system implementation initiatives within Finance &amp; Planning Directorate and act as a bridge between Finance &amp; Planning Directorate and ICT-SAP in the support of system changes, improvements and automation initiatives. &bull; Advise on the adequacy of financial systems and system authorisation controls to ensure that an adequate financial systems / system controls are in place to facilitate accounting for and reporting on the financial and accounting transactions.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
- Graduate in Accounting with post-graduation is preferred. - A recognized professional qualification (ACCA or CPA) is adding advantage. - SAP Training or Qualification / Certification is adding advantage.<br />
<br />
<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
- At least twelve (12) years&
39; experience in Financial Systems set-up with adequate exposure to SAP ERP and SAP systems controls preferably within Oil &amp; Gas Industry. - At least five (5) years within major oil company. - Analytical skills (SWOT and GAP) Analysis. - Organizational and Time Management / Project Management. - Problem solving, innovative and complex accounting and financial issue. - Communication and presentation skills.<br />
