<b>About Eni</b><br />
Eni is an integrated energy company whose dedication to the energy transition translates into tangible actions aimed at achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. We are a global company operating in 66 countries around the world, with over 30,000 employees, with a technology-intensive strategy based on an Open Innovation approach, that operates at every stage of the energy value chain: from the exploration, development and extraction of natural gas and oil to the generation of electricity from cogeneration and renewable sources, including traditional and bio-based refining and chemicals, to the development of circular economy processes. Our activities extend to the end markets where we sell gas, electricity and products to local markets and retail and business customers. To absorb our residual emissions, we will also implement both CO 2 capture and storage and Natural Climate Solutions initiatives. Eni has chosen to play a leading role in the energy transition.
