The technical training manager is responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers&
39; site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products.<br />
<br />
As a Technical Trainer Manager, you will be responsible for:</p>

<ul>
<li>Managing maintenance facilities and field services engineering.</li>
<li>Developing an annual plan for its own department.</li>
<li>Being involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working.</li>
<li>Providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution.</li>
<li>Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches where employees should have technical know-how.</li>
<li>Handling diverse clients in a region and following frameworks to get through the processes.</li>
</ul>

To be successful in this role you will:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a Bachelor&
39;s degree or GED with at least 5 additional years of experience in Field Service and Technical Advising.</li>
<li>Have experience in Wellhead.</li>
<li>Demonstrate oral and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Have a passion for developing others.</li>
<li>Have the ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.</li>
<li>Have the ability to analyze and resolve problems</li>
</ul>
