<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Integrated Services is our internal business that supports our firm’s growth, through connecting people, streamlining processes and using technology to simplify the user experience and make it easier for all our people to focus their energy on what is important.</p><p></p><p>This role will involve working as part of the Service optimisation team, to identify process improvements driving efficiency and/or improved user experience. The team has been developing over the last 12 months and currently has opportunities for those with experience of process improvement to develop their skills.</p><p></p><p>The successful candidate should have an ability to form good relationships quickly, supported by excellent communication skills. A strong attention to detail, producing detailed accurate outputs quickly is essential. Experience of delivering process improvement projects, and an understanding of methodologies is essential.</p><p><br />The successful candidate will support others within the team to deliver process improvement projects to support continual improvement and enhance user experience.
