<p><b>Overview / Responsibilities </b><br />

Wood is currently recruiting for a Commissioning Delivery Lead to continue to work with our existing customers delivering the best solutions. This is a full-time permanent role and will be based at our centrally-located Perth office with excellent end of trip facilities.<br />
<br />
Responsibilities of the role include:</p>

<ul>
<li>Provide support to the Operations Director to implement business strategy and policies for safe and efficient operational delivery for Consulting&
39;s Commissioning and Completions projects</li>
<li>Promote high standards within the commissioning and completions team at all times, ensuring client satisfaction is achieved and maintained</li>
<li>Provide support in Growth and Development with regards commissioning and completions opportunities across energy and materials market sectors</li>
<li>Provide oversight to project teams in preparation of commissioning deliverables and schedules, and support execution delivery</li>
<li>Be a pursuit lead and assist with development of proposals for opportunities, leveraging best expertise for commissioning and completions scope of work definition to aid preparation, planning and execution</li>
<li>Assist the commercial team with competitive discipline rate suites and maintain these</li>
<li>Assist with developing the corporate commissioning strategy</li>
<li>Assist in maintenance of the project budget through diligence and utilisation of efficient and working practices</li>
<li>Support the Operations Director with financial reporting for the region with the assistance of the F&amp;A team</li>
<li>Support the Project Commissioning team(s) and approving commissioning deliverables in line with the competency matrix</li>
<li>Support the development of the Commissioning and Completions Business Management System</li>
</ul>

<b>Skills / Qualifications</b></p>

<ul>
<li>BEng / BSc (or equivalent) in Engineering</li>
<li>Task Risk Management Trained Person</li>
<li>Conversant with Project Management Systems</li>
<li>BOSIET Medical</li>
</ul>

<p>Knowledge, Skills and Experience:</p>

<ul>
<li>Demonstrable experience in similar role, with a proven background of delivery</li>
<li>Strong multidiscipline experience in O&amp;G system commissioning, start-up and operations</li>
<li>Recognised O&amp;G process commissioning background</li>
<li>Experienced in O&amp;G systems commissioning and testing</li>
<li>Familiar with O&amp;G process equipment, start-up and operation</li>
<li>Experienced in planning and coordinating system commissioning activities</li>
<li>Experienced in running multidiscipline HAZOP&
39;s / Risk assessment reviews</li>
<li>Experienced in the management of system commissioning personnel / team</li>
<li>Experienced in the development and coaching of team members</li>
<li>Offshore experience in similar role</li>
<li>Conversant with HR practices / processes</li>
<li>Conversant with TRM / Audit process</li>
<li>Ability to demonstrate effective and efficient management of processes and personnel</li>
<li>Ability to manage / maintain budget / schedule requirements</li>
<li>Fully conversant with the completions and commissioning process</li>
<li>Ability to interpret project procedures, standards, specifications, and drawings including PFD&
39;s / P&amp;ID&
39;s / SLD&
39;s / C&amp;E&
39;s etc</li>
<li>Able to develop/review and approve design of temporary minor utility systems and supplies</li>
<li>Able to implement, manage and audit Permit to Work procedure and Isolation procedures</li>
<li>Familiar with national/international O&amp;G industry legislation, standards and specifications</li>
</ul>
