<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p align="LEFT">Academics are urgently seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants to join a Pupil Referral Unit in Southampton who deliver a range of services for the children across Southampton. They are an alternative provision catering for pupils who require additional support due to exclusion from another school, or other reasons which mean they do not have access to a mainstream school.<br /><br />They offer personalised learning opportunities in a supporting environment that enables pupils to either return to full-time education in a mainstream setting or work with partners to support their transition into an appropriate setting for them.<br /><br />They cater for pupils from KS2 - KS4. You will be required to support pupils on a 1;1 and small group basis. Due to the nature of the environment this would be suited to someone with experience of working with children with challenging behaviours in an SEN/SEMH school, although not essential.<br /><br />If you are immediately available full-time and would like to be considered, please apply by sending a copy of your updated CV.
