Working on large scale projects with cutting-edge technology, we constantly improve and innovate.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>The Additive Manufacturing Engineer leads the creation, evaluation, and implementation of end-to-end manufacturing solutions for key design features on BH products.<br><br>As an Additive Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br><ul><li>Ensuring our manufacturing solutions meet our product quality, cost, yield, capacity, schedule, and environmental goals</li><li>Collaborating with Global Supply Managers and BH suppliers to align on a manufacturing development strategy with clear goals, expectations, and schedules</li><li>Identifying and validate suitable fabrication equipment and processes to meet all BH design and operational requirements</li><li>Developing and documenting processes including all parameters, consumables and secondary operation requirements to meet defined specifications</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Master's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical Engineering or closely related field)</li><li>Have experience in CAD and CAM tools for build preparation in support of 3D printed metal component production</li><li>Have experience in mechanical product development, manufacturing engineering, tooling engineering, high precision fabrication, or similar roles</li><li>Have knowledge of Topology optimization tools on metal production components</li><li>Demonstrate design experience on heat transfer for heat exchangers or gas turbine components</li><li>Demonstrate commitment and tenacity; a self-starter who learns quickly and adapts to find new solutions in the face of adversity</li><li>Be able to apply core principles of Design of Experiment, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and Statistical Process Control</li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
