Test Engineer

Testing of Automation Framework for an Automotive (Telematics)system. Selected engineer has to be involved in Validation of the Manual/Automation Test Cases. Has to take the responsibility of meeting project timelines without compromising quality . Need to be prominent in daily client calls as well as ensuring delivery schedules. Key Skills Needed Testing experience in Automotive Telematics/Infotainment/ Cluster Work experience in Automotive Communication protocols (CAN, CANFD, LIN, Ethernet, LVDS, USB etc.) Bench and Vehicle validation, CAN Simulation, CAN log analyzing. Understand the Architecture of Software and Hardware. Quickly ramp up on the entire system testing perspective. Finding defects on system level through Exploratory and Regression Testing. Complete Ownership of Test Case Engineering, Maintenance of existing Test Suites and Adding Exploratory Test Cases to Test Suite after every release. Detailed analysis of reported problems, Bug analysis, Bug verification and tracking. Perform reviews and other activities to ensure high-quality results. Independently handle both Vehicle testing and manual testing request. Proficiency in verbal and written communication with client – Dual proficiency in Japanese and English (Read, Write, Speak) Working experience in Scrum/Agile methodology Automotive Infotainment Testing
