We are looking for a confident and proactive Analyst to join our Commercial Finance Team to support with retro terms contract management, data validation, reporting and process improvement in the management of customer trading terms. You will work closely with our Sales teams and Finance Business Partners to ensure accuracy and completeness of contracts in SAP and the financial statements. Responsibilities SAP contract management – creation and maintenance of retro terms contracts in SAP/TPM; validation of contract set up and expense/accruals to ensure accuracy of reporting in financial statements Reporting – communication with Finance Business Partners and Sales teams of retro terms position including review meetings on a regular basis to ensure timely updates to contracts Troubleshooting – investigation of issues, problem-solving and escalation of issues where required, collaborating with IT support teams and the Lead Super User Period Close – validation of SAP data in TM1 and supporting period close process You may also be required to support in other ad-hoc duties within the Terms team Qualifications Assertive and independent with a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to cope effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines A collaborative team player with strong communication skills Consistently works against the right priorities and takes the initiative to find ways to get better results Advanced Excel skills (pivots / lookups / management of large data sets) Strong systems skills.
