<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p> </p><p><strong>Relationship Manager (Northern Ireland)</strong></p><p> </p><p>£30,500 - £33,500 per annum (inclusive of car allowance worth £4,500) Car allowances are not viewed as a benefit or as any part of remuneration. Employees who receive a car allowance must provide a suitable car for business purposes, and is based on the criteria of a minimum business mileage of 5,000 per annum.</p><p><strong>Contract:</strong> Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours/week. Open to flexible working arrangements i.e. compressed hours.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Home Based/Field Based covering mainly central and eastern Northern Ireland (Inc. Belfast), and all areas in between. You will be confident in looking for new leads to maximise on potential income for the charity.</p><p> </p><p>This is a flexible role, where you will be spending approximately 70% of time working from home, 30% travelling around your patch meeting supporters. There will be some evening working required to attend committee meetings however you will get this time back via our time off in lieu policy.</p><p> </p><br /><br />What will I be doing?<br /><br /><ul><li><p>Inspiring, developing and managing supporters to achieve their goals through offering outstanding and tailored stewardship.</p></li><li><p>Hitting fundraising targets for CRUK's life saving research.</p></li><li><p>Planning and delivering effective rewards and recognition to increase supporter loyalty and income.</p></li><li><p>Building strong working relationships with other divisional team members</p></li><li><p>Supporting the development of a prospect pipelines of opportunities and identifying and cultivating leads.</p></li></ul><p> </p><br /><br />What skills are you looking for?<br /><br /><ul><li><p>Excellent networking and relationship manager skills - and the ability to motivate and influence supporters or customers to reach targets.</p></li><li><p>The ability and skills to acquire new business and maximise on all fundraising opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Experience of working as a team, and also working unsupervised.</p></li><li><p>The ability to understand CRUK's vision and purpose, and using this to motivate and inspire supporters.</p></li><li><p>A strong solutions focused approach to help supporters overcome any challenges and maximise their fundraising efforts.</p></li><li><p>Great time management, prioritisation and planning skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and presentation skills (face to face, written and phone)</p></li></ul><p> </p><br /><br />What will I gain?<br /><br /><p> </p><p>Each and every one of our employees contributes to our progress and is supporting our work to beat cancer.
