Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer (Site based Sweden)

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is looking to recruit a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineers to work on a Contract (Agency). <br><br>The role will be - <br><br> Resolve electrical and cabling (both E&I) queries, resolve any cable routing & support issues, coordinate any vendor queries/issues and assist with 'brownfield' related site checks & verification. <br><br>These roles will be based site based in Sweden. The position does not offer a visa, therefore you must have the right to work in the EU. <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Bachelor's degree within the Electrical Engineering field or a BA in Science with a focus in Electrical Engineering </li><li> Certified Engineer desirable </li><li> Extensive experience in design, engineering and construction </li><li> Engineer must be familiar with NEC, IEEE/ANSI, IEC and other International electrical standards, best practices and value practices </li><li> Be fully familiar with analogue and Digital Control Systems including Power System Automation (PSA), DCS, PLC and SCADA controls </li><li> Thorough knowledge of the English language is required to perform the necessary in depth analysis and studies, make professional presentations and keep up with technical advancements </li><li> Have experience with Electrical Transient Analysis Program (ETAP) or similar software and all Microsoft office </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
