<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Do you have excellent account/client management skills and keen to secure a hybrid role? </p><p>We're proud to partnering with a leading membership institute based in Holborn, although mostly home based in the long term (2 days per month), you will be required to work in-office two days a week for the initial 8 weeks whilst training. </p><p>Within this varied role you will be responsible for managing the relationships of key accounts, who external training providers.</p><p>This is a perfect opportunity for someone keen to learn new skills, including effective account management, compliance, assessment and quality assurance.</p><p>Aside from customer-oriented account management, this role also includes a variety of administrative tasks, so it is essential that you are well organised and have a good knowledge of MS Office.</p><p>The institute itself offers many great benefits, but most important of all, a friendly, welcoming and supportive working environment.</p><p>Please get in touch with your CV asap and I can forward more details to you.</p><p>Charity People actively promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.
