Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking a Travel & Logistics Supervisor to be based in our Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX. This role is primarily responsible for booking Company travel, planning all group travel, sourcing company events and managing logistical support, & overseeing day to day department operations. Primary duties will include management of daily travel requests, maintaining key vendor relationships, management of attendee lists, booking travel (transportation, lodging, flights, etc.) for Company initiatives including all group travel, and providing reporting and insights into travel spend and patterns. Core Competencies Organization – high attention to detail and ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when completing tasks Teamwork – ability to work cross functionally within the organization as well as with external vendors Communication – effectively communicate to travelers, vendors, and key leaders Problem solving – ability to eliminate obstacles & provide conflict resolution Time Management – ability to work in a fast-paced environment and bring multiple projects to completion Adaptability – ability to adjust to various situations and deliver results under heavy pressure deadlines Integrity – ability to maintain confidential information People Management – ability to delegate tasks to other members of the team & evaluate, influence team performance Job Responsibilities Day to day responsibilities include overseeing travel and logistics for all Raising Cane’s Company programs including: Supervision of the Travel Coordinator(s) & Specialist(s), providing support and direction as needed Overseeing day to day operations of the Travel & Logistics Department, ensuring all projects come to completion & team members have a clear understanding of their roles and expectations Booking travel for all Company initiatives, including New Restaurant Opening Teams, Managers in Training & group/conference travel Sourcing, booking, & managing the travel and logistics for all Cane’s groups and events Monitoring the Travel Inbox and prioritizing and assigning Partnering with vendors to negotiate contracts or rates and source hotels/venues, transportation, and group air contracts Providing ongoing support to enhance the traveler experience, including assisting with flight cancellations and delays, processing payments and problem solving Providing monthly reporting on travel spend and trends Ongoing streamlining and improvement of processes to match business needs Additional responsibilities include monitoring & reconciliation of travel expenses, auditing of internal travel systems and reporting discrepancies or anomalies Qualifications Raising Cane’s or travel experience preferred Strong people management skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook) Ability to work on a full-time basis at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX Education (or Equivalent Experience Required) Bachelor’s degree preferred Connect With Us!
