Job Description Job Description Infrastructure Cloud Engineer II Job Details Posting Job Title Infrastructure Engineering Job Purpose Assists end users with familiarity with corporate Intune/autopilot process Responsibilities Responsibility 1 Providing remote end-user support for Microsoft Intune/Autopilot Responsibility 2 Mentoring lower level desktop support members Responsibility 3 Participating in ticket queue management Responsibility 4 Managing ticket queue for remote support requests Responsibility 5 Escalating systems outages or problems that are impacting production Responsibility 6 Validating that tickets are being assigned and worked in appropriate timeframes Responsibility 7 Participating in proactive remediation of environment Requirements (Skill/Experience) Requirement 1 Demonstrate experience with Windows 10, Android, IOS and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot Flexible Working Patterns At Conduent, we want you to be yourself. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $62,370 - $94,973.
